Refund Policy

It's my goal to give you the best forms for your pharmacy that you might have a hard time finding elsewhere. As a pharmacy manager, I found myself making the same forms over and over again as I stepped into any new pharmacy location. That inspired me to help other pharmacies by offering forms for download.

If for any reason you aren't satisfied, you can contact me one of three ways:

• By emailing me at pharmcomplianceinfo@gmail.com

• By contacting me through the PharmCompliance LinkedIn Page

I first will require feedback on why the form will not work for your pharmacy. I may then choose to edit the form to fit your needs rather than issue a refund.

 

If not, I will happily issue a refund of the download if you contact me within 30 days of your purchase. It will be issued within 1 week of the decision to refund.
