DEA Form 222 Log

If you're still using paper 222 forms, it's a good idea to have a log to track where each one goes; that way you know if you're missing one and can be sure everything is complete.

Even if you're on CSOS, most pharmacies have some 222 forms as a backup so use this log to keep track of them!
